When our technician is finished with the remote session, all you have to do is close the program and delete it from your PC or Mac .

Once the file has been downloaded double click the file to start installation

Click ok to accept English language

Click next

Click I agree

Click install

Click finish, the program should now run

Let the program analyse your system for a minute or two

Click file, save snapshot

Save the file to your desktop

Now send an email to us and attach the snapshot file you saved to your desktop
